Our Vision
Coding Out of Poverty is a nonprofit organization committed to bridging the digital divide and empowering systemically underserved, marginalized, and vulnerable communities through transformative STEAM education. We believe in equipping individuals not only with technical skills in coding, digital literacy, and innovation, but also with the tools to write their own code—to design, build, and implement solutions that reflect their unique challenges, cultures, and communities. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and community-centered programming, we foster economic empowerment and support individuals and communities in becoming the architects of their own futures. Our mission is to create inclusive and diverse pathways that lead out of poverty and toward sustainable, self-determined growth in a digitally connected world.
